About Clare Thomas.
Clare graduated from Essex University in 1992 after a a previous career in intensive care nursing.
After graduation, she joined a local solicitors firm in Ipswich as a trainee solicitor. On completion of her training, she focused on litigation including civil litigation, criminal litigation, and matrimonial law.
Clare joined Kerseys in January 2000 specialising in matrimonial law.
She is a member of ‘Resolution’ and an accredited specialist, with a particular specialism in advanced financial provision.
Clare is also trained in the Collaborative Family Law process whose aim is to resolve family disputes without involvement of the court process.
Clare Thomas has been praised for ‘her excellent negotiation skills and her ability to keep cool and calm in stressful situations’.
