As part of our programme of expansion, we are currently recruiting a Family Solicitor who has a minimum of 2/3 years experience, to join our busy matrimonial department.

The successful candidate will have a strong academic background and will have gained matrimonial experience within well-respected firms. They will be skilled at building lasting working relationships with clients, willing to play an active role in the team’s business development activities and will have a demonstrable drive to contribute to the matrimonial team’s ongoing success. They will be part of a friendly and supportive team.
We are seeking a Family Solicitor to join a busy team. The candidate must have experience in:-
- Finances on divorce
- Private Children Law
- Cohabitation issues and disputes
- Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements
- Experience of Public Children Law is helpful but not a requisite
- Matrimonial Advocacy

Company Commercial Solicitor
We have a vacancy for a company commercial lawyer of 1-2 years experience. Some Company commercial and/or commercial property experience necessary but full support available to develop. Suit ambitious commercial person.
Depending on our business needs, Kerseys may appoint one or two trainees in September each year.
We do not have any other specific vacancies at present, however we are always happy to receive speculative enquiries.
