Our longest serving member of staff, Pam Daynes is preparing to hand over the IT Management of the firm to Trudy Hooper
About Pam Daynes
Pam joined Kerseys in 1982, following the acquisition of Cobbold Armitage & Nixon as a secretary. Pam developed an interest and expertise in word processing and for 11 years she managed templates on the new systems and supported the firm in many other areas.
Moving forward, Kerseys progressed to implement a case management system into its residential property team in 1985 and it was at this point that Pam moved into the world of Information Technology and has continued to expand the systems throughout the firm.
After 37 years Pam feels it is time to consider slowing down and plan for her well-deserved retirement and therefore Trudy Hooper has joined Kerseys to continue and expand on Pam’s hard work.
Clare Thomas, Senior Partner, says “ We are going to miss Pam greatly at Kerseys, she has been a huge support to us over many years and we wish her a happy retirement. We are delighted to welcome Trudy to the firm and look forward to working with her”.
About Trudy Hooper
Trudy has 26 years of experience working in the legal sector of which 20 years have been working in Information Technology for firms in Norfolk, Cambridge, Essex and now Suffolk.
Trudy says “I am excited to have joined Kerseys and look forward to the challenges ahead. I have found Kerseys to be a friendly and professional environment in which to work”.
Trudy will be working along side the partners of Kerseys to help plan a 5 year strategy for IT & Business Operations and work with them to continue to develop internal systems in order to provide an efficient service to all of our clients.
