This tool can be filled in online at any time and can be saved so that you can go back to it and continue filling it in at another time.

You can use it on any web-enabled device in your own space and at a time convenient for you.

How it Works

It will ask a series of questions for you to answer. It will then provide you valuable feedback so as to give you an idea of where you stand.

This tool will also give you the option to specify whether you would like to engage a solicitor from Kerseys family team to work on your matter.

If you do, then the information which you provided will be reviewed ahead of your first meeting by your solicitor.

By making use of this tool, it allows you and your solicitor to be fully prepared to ensure that at your meeting we can focus primarily on delivering strategic legal advice when we meet.

All of our team members offer remote video meetings or telephone meetings depending on which is more convenient for you.

We are open as usual Monday to Friday between 9:00am to 5:15pm during lockdown thanks to our advanced IT systems.
