Danielle Williams Qualified Solicitor

We are delighted to announce that Danielle Williams has successfully qualified as a Solicitor in September 2026 following joining Kerseys Solicitors as a Family Legal Assistant before starting her training contract.  Matt Clemence HR Partner and Head of Family Law at Kerseys Solicitors says, “It is a pleasure to provide pathways for young talent that want to take those next steps in their legal career and Danielle is an example of that”.

Danielle will practice in the Family Law team as an Assistant Solicitor at Kerseys Solicitors providing legal services to clients in relation to:-

• Financial issues arising from relationship breakdown
• Pre-nuptial, cohabitation and separation agreements
• Children Matters
• Cohabitation Matters
• Care Proceedings
