Flexible Furlough Starts from 1 July 2020
From 1 July 2020, flexible furlough will be in place.
What is Flexible Furlough?
This means that employers will have maximum flexibility to decide to bring back employees part time.
This will assist in the transition for businesses getting staff back to work and help to improve the economy.
The employer will pay for the hours that an employee works whilst the furlough scheme will support the remainder of their earnings up to 80%.
