Paralegal – 3 years’ experience

The Job Role

An opportunity has arisen for a paralegal with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in employment law to join our Employment Law Team.  You will be highly motivated and possess excellent legal knowledge in this area of law. You must be willing to assist in both contentious and non-contentious matters for our company clients and individuals.

You will be required to actively participate in the marketing and practice development of the employment law team.

You will have a positive and flexible approach to work with the ability to work independently and part of a friendly close-knit team.

Solicitor NQ-2 years PQE

We are looking for a highly motivated solicitor to join our rapidly growing employment law team based in Ipswich.

The ideal candidate will be NQ-2 years PQE with an excellent knowledge of employment law with the desire to have their own case load. Having a following would also be advantageous although not necessary.   The candidate will be required to provide legal advice to our company clients as well as individual clients.

You will be required to actively participate in the marketing and development of the employment law practice alongside the provision of high-quality employment law advice.

You will work alongside the Head of Department and other members of the team in both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters and be able to work independently as well as within a team environment.  Having a flexible approach to work with a positive attitude is essential.
