About Sarina Bailey.
Sarina Bailey is an Associate Solicitor in the Family Department having qualified as a Solicitor in 2016. She trained at a top Legal 500 firm and joined the Family Department at Kerseys Solicitors LLP in August 2025.
Sarina carefully guides clients through the divorce process and advises on associated financial matters as well as matters relating to child arrangements. She is committed to resolving all family matters outside court wherever possible. Sarina also has extensive experience advising and supporting victims of domestic abuse.
Sarina is a member of Resolution and has been appointed to serve on the Resolution Specialist Domestic Abuse Committee which addresses all areas of domestic abuse law and practice.
