About Richard Tinkler.
Richard Tinkler joined Kerseys Solicitors in May 2026 as an Assistant Solicitor in the Private Client department and deals with matters including probate, wills and powers of attorney.
Richard graduated from King’s College London in 2009 with a degree in Law with European Legal Studies LLB (Hons) and the third year of his degree was spent abroad at KU Leuven, where he studied a range of European and International law modules.
Richard previously worked in-house for the legal department of a probate genealogy company and prior to that worked in private practice for a number of years.
Richard was named as the ‘Probate Detective’ in the Law Gazette in 2025 in the My Legal Life section and has a particular interest in probate matters requiring investigative work to trace missing assets.
