Jenny is a Licensed Conveyancer at Kerseys and joined the firm as an Associate heading up the Felixstowe Office. Jenny has many years of local residential and commercial conveyancing experience. Originally from the north and having previously worked at firms local to the area having started her career originally with Kerseys has now decided to return to her roots, Jenny has worked in Ipswich and Felixstowe for almost 20 years.
Jenny has developed close links with the local agents, mortgage advisors and other businesses building positive working relationships and a great reputation. She specialises in Sales, Purchases, Remortgages, Transfer of Equity, Equity Releases, Lease extensions, Shared Ownership and New Build properties and has experience with commercial Leases and Assignments.
