About Elaine Webb.
After completing a Law Degree, Elaine worked as a Housing Advisor in the voluntary sector in London before deciding to return to the law. She qualified as a Barrister in 1990 and was admitted as a Solicitor in 1992, working for a London firm on civil, criminal and family cases before moving to Suffolk.
Elaine joined Kerseys in September 2007 and was made Partner in August 2011.
In 2017 she was appointed to the Law Society’s Children Law Sub-Committee.

Elaine specialises in family work and is a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel. She is a member of Resolution and strongly supports the Code of Practice, which encourages family lawyers working towards resolving disputes in a constructive and non-confrontational way.

Elaine is a trustee of Ipswich Housing Action Group, a local charitable organisation providing housing and a range of other services to homeless people in Ipswich and the surrounding area.
