We have found the Lexcel standard to be a brilliant tool in helping ensure our good performance in all areas, as well as aiding our steady growth. In a world where successive government policy changes mean that we are increasingly competing against unregulated competitors, including companies who are owned by non- solicitors (which sometimes even only exist on the Internet), this standard is a major reassurance to our clients.

Of course we will not be 100% right 100% of the time, but where we do fall short, Lexcel helps us manage that too and ensures the least inconvenience to our clients in the process, and offer appropriate remedies.
